Blog Entry: Another great tournament came to an end last week. The KC Prep Invitational / Metro Sports AAU basketball tournament brought 60+ teams from 12 different states to Kansas City. Like every other year, this tournament was loaded with talent. The college coaches knew it too. Over 300 college coaches came through the gates this year. Some of the schools that showed: Gonzaga, Stanford, Kansas, Kansas State, Texas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Michigan State, Ohio State, Purdue, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss and many more. This was our first year teaming up with local affiliate Metro Sports. They did a terrific job televising the games. Games were seen on television (taped delay) in the Greater Kansas City area.
