Subject: Mark McGwire Admits Steriod Use
Content: Mark McGwire came out yesterday and admitted to using steroids during his playing career. As if we didn't already know that. The question is...will he get elected to the Hall of Fame now? In a society where we tend to forgive and forget he might have a fighting chance. The public seemed to forgive A-Roid for his steroid use. A-Roid admitted using and baseball fans didn't heckle him as bad as the did Barry Bonds...who is yet to admit why his head, biceps, chest, and legs all of the sudden tripled in size. McGwire's numbers are sure thing to get him in. His problem was his denial of steroid use. He claims he used steroids only to recover from injuries quicker. That might be true, but steroids also make you bigger and stronger, and stronger guys can hit baseballs further. McGwire might claim he didn't intend to cheat but he used a drug that players in the past didn't have access to; therefore, he cheated!
